An update is required for your Campus Mobile app

If you are using the Campus mobile app by Serko - you will need to update the app to a new version. This will ensure you’re getting the benefits of all the latest functionality.

All of our clients using the Serko mobile app are required to update to the latest version by 12 May 2017. Following this date all older versions of the app will be phased out.

How to update the Serko mobile app:

1. Go to your phone’s App Store / Google Play (Android) on your mobile phone

2. Search for the Serko Mobile app icon

3. If the Campus Travel Mobile app by Serko (shown below) has the words UPDATE next to it, please tap the icon to update. This will download the latest version to your device.

If the app shows as OPEN, no action is required as the app is already using the latest version.

What will happen if I don’t update prior to 12 May, 2017?

If you use the app on or after this date, an error message will be displayed with words to the effect of ‘Error – this app is no longer supported’.
