It also provides approval processes, preferred supplier arrangements and management information reporting, so you can track your travel expenditure and make improvements. e3 enforces all aspects of travel policy compliance and gives you unprecedented control over your travel budgets.

This leading-edge tool specifically offers the ability to:

• display all airfares across all airlines so you can search, compare and book from within the same screen; or customise the availability display, should you not wish to show all fare types
• display contracted pricing for airlines, hotels and car hire, so you can see the discounted prices up front
• display multiple hotels on one screen simultaneously, for easy comparison
• search for a hotel by name
• view government rates at hotels where they are available
• display multiple car hire companies on one screen simultaneously, for easy comparison
• book flights, accommodation and car hire as a single transaction, allowing the University to capture more data
• book multiple passengers at the same time
• load your travel policy and audit all bookings to ensure there is pre-trip compliance before confirming the booking
• have multiple travel policies for different travellers within your University if required
• turn the financial/trip approval process on or off
• create mandatory fields that may be required by your University so no one can confirm a booking without completing these fields in e3.

What makes e3 unique?

Our industry-best e3 tool is a third-generation product developed by Lumina Technologies, a division of the Flight Centre Group of Companies that has been developing online booking tools in Australia since 1996. e3 provides a web interface to Lumina, the back office system used by our consultants. It offers a comprehensive suite of web-based solutions and would be available to your University as an online booking tool, online requisition tool, or both. This is only possible because the e3 technology is owned, managed and developed by our business in Australia.
