Account Management

Campus Travel gives you dedicated account management to ensure every element of your travel is as time and cost effective as possible.

Our Account Managers, known as Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs), will draw on their experience to guide your overall travel management and make sure you have the best solutions for your needs. They will educate you on the benefits of travel best practice, and meet with your travel bookers to provide the latest product and travel industry information.

Our CRMs will conduct regular review meetings with you, and measure and analyse the performance of agreed KPIs using tailored reports.
