Campus Travel is proud to announce the launch of our brand new VIP Travel Service to be known as Campus Concierge.
Campus Travel recognises the importance of meticulous and reliable travel management service particularly required for academic executives within Universities.
With the introduction of Campus Travel in May 2008, we are pleased to announce that we are launching a new service offering specifically targeted at this market.
Campus Concierge will be a level of service above and beyond what our existing clients will have previously experienced, however similar to what many executives may have experienced as Qantas Platinum or Chairman's Lounge Members.
The basis of the Campus Concierge service will be as follows:
- Individuals will be flagged in our system as Campus Concierge clients;
- Individuals will always be recognised as Campus Concierge clients when telephone, emailing or visiting our office;
- Face to face appointments will be available at mutually convenient times;
- Full Door to Door itineraries will be discussed and produced covering every destination that the Campus Concierge client is travelling to. No assumptions will be made about anyone making their own arrangements;
- An internal checking process will be completed and must be signed off by relevant consultant, Team Leader or Customer Relationship Manager who completes the check;
