Our team will use details contained within the individual traveller's profile and isolated destination report to contact travellers who are located in the specific troubled area. This process has been particularly successful when clients have a mandated travel policy. As a result we assess the traveller's safety and arrange changes to their flights to remove them from the troubled area.
