*Terms and conditions. 1. This offer is exclusive to university departments who are not currently booking with Campus Travel. 2. This offer is only available to university departments who do not require management services for private fares or gross offers from airlines. 3. Promotion period starts 15 January 2012 and ends at 5pm EST on 31 March 2012. 4. To qualify, university departments must become a client of Campus Travel, book and pay for qualifying Qantas airfares within the promotion period. 5. $100 credit will be issued for every $1000 of Qantas airfares booked and paid for with Campus Travel. Travel must be on Qantas operated services and does not include codeshare services. This offer is not a 10% rebate. Credit value will be calculated on the total dollar amount booked, paid and travelled within the promotional period, inclusive of taxes, charges, and other government levies relating to Qantas air travel. For example new clients who transact $1990 value of Qantas flights will be issued $100 credit. Likewise $2100 will receive a $200 credit. 6. A maximum of $1000 credit will be issued to a single client during the promotion period which translates to a $10,000 spend on Qantas. 7. The Qantas credit is capped at $75,000 value nationwide and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. 8. Credit issued must be used on Qantas operated services, and must be booked with Campus Travel. 9. Credit must be spent before 31 August 2012 for travel to be completed by 30 November 2012. 10. Credit is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange. 11. This promotion is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer. 12.
