This offer is only available to university departments who do not require management services for private fares or gross offers from airlines. 3. Promotional period starts 1 October 2011 and ends at 5pm EST on 31 January 2012. 4. To qualify, companies must become a client of Campus Travel, book and pay for qualifying Etihad or V Australia airfares, to any European destination from Australia, within the promotion period. Travel must be on Etihad or V Australia operated services and does not include codeshare services. 5. $100 credit will be issued for every $1000 of Etihad or V Australia airfares booked and paid for with Campus Travel. For example, new clients who book and pay for $1990 worth of Etihad or V Australia flights will receive $100 credit, while $2100 worth of flights will receive $200 credit. This offer is not a 10% rebate. Credit value will be calculated on the total dollar amount booked, paid and travelled within the promotional period, inclusive of taxes, charges and other government levies relating to Etihad or V Australia air travel. 6. A maximum of $1000 credit will be issued to a single new client during the promotion period which translates to a $10,000 spent on Etihad or V Australia flights. 7. The Etihad or V Australia credit is capped at $30,000 value nationwide and will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. 8. Credit issued must be used on Etihad or V Australia operated services, and must be booked with Campus Travel. 9. Credit must be spent before 31 March 2012 for travel to be completed by 30 June 2012. 10. Credit is not redeemable for cash or foreign exchange. 11.
