Update from our General Manager

The best value is in our booking fees!

Sometimes our clients ask us why we charge a booking fee, and what they get in return for that fee. It's a good question, because the 'return' is not in one particular benefit - but a whole range of benefits.

Your time is money, so don't waste it searching for what you think, may be the best rate or fare in the market. When you book with us, you're guaranteed a complete travel advisory service and peace of mind. You'll not only be guaranteed the Best Fare of the Day on every booking, but save up to 30% with our specially negotiated academic rates. Our proactive account management team will help your organisation save money in the long term by using our reporting tools and maximising your policy compliance. In addition, you can make hassle-free changes to your bookings and call on us for help 24/7, worldwide.

If you're thinking about make a booking via a 'last-minute' or supplier website, think carefully. Not only do many web bookings incur fees, but they also won't give you any of the above enhanced benefits. And they certainly won't be there for you if your plans change or you're caught in an emergency!

The value in our fee is unmatched. It delivers smarter travel through one-on-one service, lowest travel rates and cost savings.

Best regards,
Sue Garrett

Photos from abroad

Kelvin Grove Campus Travel team leader and budding photographer Kylie Genn beautifully captured a mother and her two children sharing a happy moment at their village home in Zimbabwe. The eye-catching photo has been selected as one of the top 10 finalists in News Limited's 'Your Holiday Photographic Competition' . Kylie took the photo when she was travelling through Zimbabwe and her tour stopped at the farm to meet the family. She said they got a unique insight into the family's everyday life and watched on as the grandfather made beer, toured the farm and enjoyed a drumming performance by the sons. "The twins in the photo were quite shy but their mum wanted them to have their photo taken and that's where the picture came from. She gave us her address, care of the local school, so I could send a copy of the picture to her," Kylie said.
