Sue Garrett

After starting with the company in 1995 as a retail consultant, Sue Garrett has worked across most facets of the business and is one of the company's most experienced leaders. During her time with parent company Flight Centre Limited, Sue has worked as executive general manager for South Africa, the United Kingdom and more recently, was responsible for the entire Southern Hemisphere. Sue has also held management positions in the health and fitness industry. Sue is passionate about travel and the academic industry, training and fitness; and is a motivated and respected Campus Travel group leader.

Lorraine Donnan
National Operations Manager

With more than 17 years in the travel industry, Lorraine Donnan brings a wealth of account management and customer service experience to Campus Travel. Lorraine started her career as a retail travel consultant in Glasgow. After working as a sales executive for British Midland, Lorraine moved to Australia to work with Hilton Hotels, before joining Flight Centre Limited in 2004 as customer relationship manager for Campus Travel. Lorraine has an excellent knowledge of our client needs plus a comprehensive understanding of Campus Travel's operational requirements.

Alex Laidlaw
National Leader - Account Management

Heading up Campus Travel's national team of account managers is Alex Laidlaw. Alex has an extensive professional history in travel and account management. He brings to the Campus Travel team more than 12 years of industry experience, which began with parent company Flight Centre Limited as a retail travel consultant and store manager. Alex also spent time managing the travel emergency division for Mondial Assistance and has managed accounts for a spread of travel industry clients within the corporate, accommodation and academic sectors. Alex's attention to detail, business acumen and a personal passion for the role sets the benchmark for excellence within Campus Travel's account management division.

Paul Fortuna
Financial Controller

Paul has four years' experience in the travel industry, having held various financial management roles with Campus Travel and our parent company, Flight Centre Limited (FCL) since 2007. Initially joining FCL as an Area Accountant, he was soon appointed as Financial Controller for the company's niche entertainment travel brand before joining Campus Travel in 2011. Prior to this, Paul was Management Accountant for a Victorian hospital and also worked in the health industry in the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Deakin University and gained full CPA status in May 2010.
