Lorraine Donnan
General Manager

Lorraine brings to her role more than 21 years experience in the travel industry and a thorough understanding of Campus Travel’s operations, account management and sales divisions. She has been part of the Campus Travel team for the past six years and has a track record of success in senior management roles. During her time with the business, Lorraine has developed an in-depth understanding of the specific needs of the academic industry and also holds strong relationships with clients and suppliers nationally. Lorraine is based in Brisbane and reports directly to the board of parent company Flight Centre Limited (FCL).

Jodi Walton
National Operations Leader

Prior to moving into the role of National Operations Leader for Campus Travel, Jodi held various management roles within FCL including Team Leader, Account Management, National Product and Marketing Manager. Jodi also spent eight years as a travel manager servicing VIP clients. Jodi’s career spans 14 years working in the UK and Australian corporate travel market. She has been part of the Campus Travel team for the past two years and is widely recognised for her performance excellence, service efficiency and product knowledge. She strives for customer service excellence and leads by example.

Jamison Warren
Director of Sales

Jamison Warren brings to Campus Travel more than 23 years in the sales industry and more than 10 years experience in the travel industry. Working closely with Campus Travel’s national operations team, Jamison’s focus will be introducing more academic clients to the specialized services offered by the Campus Travel Team. Jamison joins Campus Travel following four years as Director of Global Sales Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group Asia Pacific, where he managed sales for 1,300 global hotels, and established the company’s highly successfully global sales office. Throughout his career Jamison has held senior management roles in sales, marketing and project management with various high-profile companies including Campus Travel’s parent company Flight Centre Limited (FCL).He brings to his role in-depth knowledge of Campus Travel and its academic client portfolio.

Alex Laidlaw
Strategic Account Management Leader

Heading up Campus Travel's national team of Account Managers for the past two years, Alex has a proven track record in client relationship management and team leadership. He has extensive account management experience, having worked with a wide variety of academic organisations and corporate clients in the US and Australia. He brings more than 12 years of industry experience to the team, which began for Alex as a retail travel consultant and store manager for FCL. Alex's attention to detail, business acumen and a personal passion for the role sets the benchmark for excellence within Campus Travel's account management division.

Warwick Lung
Financial Controller

Warwick started his career at FCL in 2007 and has held various accountancy roles across the group including Commercial Analyst as part of FCL’s Global Reporting team. With over 10 years experience in both commercial and public accounting, Warwick provides his team with industry experience, sound financial advice, accuracy and professionalism. Warwick graduated from QUT with a business degree in accounting and gained full CPA status in 2010.

Sneha Maharaj
Marketing Manager

Sneha Maharaj brings more than 10 years of travel industry experience to her role as Campus Travel Marketing Manager. After graduating from the University of Queensland in 2001 with a Bachelor of Business (majoring in marketing) and Economics, Sneha started her career in the travel industry in London. Upon returning from the UK, Sneha started working for Flight Centre Limited (FCL) in 2004 and has held various roles within retail marketing including National Campaigns and Projects Manager for Flight Centre Brand. She joined the Corporate Marketing team in 2009 where she established the highly successful Travel Club Getaways for FCL’s corporate division. A highlight of Sneha’s career was winning FCL's 2012 Dragon's Den innovation competition, which was announced at the company’s global conference in Singapore.

Sally Gordon
Communications Manager

Sally oversees Campus Travel’s communications program and brings to her role more than 14 years working in the communications, public relations and news industries. Sally started her career as a journalist working in radio and print newsrooms before moving into a public relations role at an agency in Brisbane. In this role Sally looked after the media and PR for clients working across the travel, property, retail, investment and building industries. Sally managed the media for a number of FCL corporate and retail brands before taking on the role of Corporate Communications Manager for the company in 2010. Sally joins Campus Travel having worked with FCL since 2008.
