Campus Travel guarantees to beat any rate, provided the same product is available at the time of booking.

Our Value Pledge applies to any product we sell, including:

• Travel insurance

How to take advantage of our Value Pledge

Step 1:

We welcome you to tell your Campus Travel Manager if you have a written quote for a more competitive price on any of the above travel products. Please provide on booking agent letterhead a genuine valid quote with date of booking, price breakdown (fare, rate, taxes and inclusions) and all flight or booking details and dates.

Step 2:

Your dedicated Campus Travel Manager will do their homework to check the price, ensure its availability on those dates, and confirm whether we can book the same product for you.

Step 3:

Assuming the product is available and we can make the booking, your Campus Travel Manager will offer you that product below the competitor's fare or rate by $1. If the same quoted product is not available, we will find you the best available alternative that suits your specific needs. Our Campus Travel Value Pledge applies to genuine quotes from travel suppliers (including airline, accommodation and car providers and insurers) and Australian registered businesses and websites for travel that is open to the general public and originates/departs from Australia only.

Step 4:

Upon your approval of our quote, we will immediately make the booking for you. Please note that bookings will need to be made at the time of the quote, and normal change and cancellation conditions will apply.

*Applies to genuine quotes from airlines and Australian registered businesses and websites for travel that originates/departs from Australia. Quote must be in writing and must be presented to us with your price beat request prior to booking. Product must be available and able to be booked by the general public at the time of booking. Fares/rates available due to membership of a group or corporate entity, subscription to a closed group or exclusive arrangements with suppliers are excluded. Must be for same supplier, same dates, room type, car group, policy inclusions and flight class (like for like product). The fare comparison excludes payment processing fees and also excludes service fees applied in accordance with the terms of your service contract. We will beat the price by $1.00.
